If you have upgraded to a new device or have deleted the game and re-installed it, follow these steps to restore all of your non-consumable purchases.
note: consumable purchases like Boosters cannot be restored as they are consumable items.
For iOS Users
1. Make sure that you are using the same Apple email account as you made the purchase.
2. Launch Sally's Spa
3. Tap the button named "Settings"
4. Tap the button named "Restore Purchases"
You may need to tap "Restore Purchases" a few times so that Apple can retrieve your purchases receipts and restore those purchases on your iOS device.
For Android Users
1. Make sure that you are using the same Google Play email account on as you made the purchase.
