Delete Account Terms

Before deleting your account, please confirm the following information and check the
confirmation box at the bottom of the page to ensure the safety and security of the account and properties.

Account Deletion Conditions:

1. Account is safe and secure
The account is in a safe and secure state free from the risk of being hacked.

2. The virtual properties held by the account have been settled or properly disposed of

Please make sure  hat the virtual properties under your game account (including but not limited to consumed and unconsumed virtual currency, virtual items, virtual rights and benefits, etc.) have been cleared or properly disposed of. If not, you are deemed to have voluntarily abandoned the virtual properties, which will be invalidated and cannot be restored after the deletion.

3. There are no outstanding orders under the account

Please confirm that there are no unfinished orders under the account, including but not limited to cash top-ups, diamonds, gold, coins, purchased game characters, skins, item packs, virtual items, peripheral goods, etc. 

4. The game account is free from any disputes

Including but not limited to any filed complaint or being complained against, any filed report or being reported against, arbitration, litigation, etc.

Once you delete your account there is no way to restore it, deleting an account happens immediately and is permanent!
