Unable to make purchases

If you have an iOS device:
1. Check your internet connection.
2. Make sure your device date and time settings are correct.

If you have an Android device:
1. Check if you have a Google Play Games account.
2. Make sure you use the same account in the Play Store and Google Play Games.
3. Check your internet connection.
4. See if you can make purchases in other games by the company, if installed.
