How do you update the game?

When you start up Sally's Spa, you will get a message that you need to update the game, tap Update, and the application will automatically open the store page where you can download the update.

For iOS:

You can also update the game manually in the App Store's updates section.

If you don't see Sally's Spa in the updates section, but your game is asking you to update, you need to go to your account.

1. Open the AppStore

2. Tap on the human silhouette in the upper right corner (Account)

3. Open the Purchases section

4. Find Sally's Spa and download the update

If you are still unable to update the application, restart the device and try again.

For iOS version 13 and older:

1. Open the AppStore

2. Tap on the human silhouette in the upper right corner (Account)

3. Find Sally's Spa on the list of available updates and tap the update button

For Android:

If you are using an Android device, please try clearing cache for the Play Store. Settings>Applications>Application manager, tap on the Google Play store and tap the Clear Cache and Clear Data buttons.

If you are running Android 6.0: Go to the Settings app and tap Apps. Tap the Google Play Store app listed there and long press on Storage. When you release the Storage section, a new screen will appear showing you the Clear Cache and Clear Data buttons for the Google Play Store app.
